Damages

JHC Ghana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be noted that our products are not subjected to return or refund.
We make sure to commission the machine and try it before delivery, in this way we ensure the right of our customer.

Return policy: IF the PRODUCT/ MACHINERY had any issue at the time of SUPPLY please do contact us on the spot, so we do the best to fix the problem. Be noted, that in this case shipping and handling charges are not to be refunded, you will be responsible for the charges.

In this of the return case you will be responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
